Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before booking or using any of the cleaning services provided by SwiftShine Operations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
SwiftShine Operations offers domestic and commercial cleaning services across the United Kingdom. Services include but are not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, carpet/upholstery cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
2. Bookings & Scheduling
- All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or through our website.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, illness, or staffing issues.
3. Access to Property
- The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time.
- If access is not possible at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.
- SwiftShine Operations reserves the right to refuse entry if the environment is deemed unsafe for staff.
4. Payments
- All payments must be made as per the agreed terms at the time of booking (either in advance or on the day of service).
- We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, or other approved payment methods.
- Invoices for commercial clients are payable within 7 to 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in service suspension.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to re-clean the area(s) in question at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued after the re-clean.
6. Damage & Liability
- While we take every precaution, accidents can happen. Any damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours.
- SwiftShine Operations carries public liability insurance for your protection.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damages, unstable fittings, or wear-and-tear that may be affected during the cleaning process.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Please secure or remove any valuables, fragile items, or confidential materials before the service.
- Ensure pets are secured or kept out of the cleaning areas during the visit.
- Any specific instructions must be communicated clearly before or at the time of booking.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if there is evidence of abuse, harassment, unsafe working conditions, or non-payment.
9. Privacy Policy
All personal data collected is used solely to deliver our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Amendments
SwiftShine Operations reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
